a note about moderation
hey y'all,
just a reminder--if a thread has clearly run its course and/or is being railroaded, i will kill it. if you want to start a west wing thread or whatever there is another forum to do that in, or you can go here, but please don't hijack threads to talk about stuff that doesn't belong in on-case.

dear NB,
please don't encourage horrible threads, either by beginning them or posting in them. unfortunately i can't lock threads for being stupid, but you can do your part by not posting in them and bumping them to the top. i'm only posting this because: a) there have been a lot of terrible threads recently. b) i expect there to be a lot more in the lull between NCA and the january swings. thanks! the management
