All I can say is this: absolutely no regrets. My wife is making me watch Julie and Julia. It's 40 degrees in Lubbock.

I still take my weekend. I get to watch the Superbowl and I don't have to completely waste 20 minutes of my life 10 or more times this weekend prepping pieces of paper that will just be thrown away.

A train wreck at Point Loma?

Go on.

I can only imagine the prep time spent joking about how this resolution was LITERALLY a train wreck. About a train wreck, at least.

And, as you know, the up side is that I finally get to spend a birthday with my wife and watch the superbowl without interruption.

While hanging out with the Jewell crew and talking about the train-wreck resolutions is tempting, I'll take my present location.

I miss y'all, though.
