Jed, at what point are the tribes going to be collapsed into a general pool where we all compete against each other?

well, there are 18 people now. I'm guessing 2, but thats just a guess, and there really is no point to this post.
:)
Have a nice day.

Justin, relax, I'm sure you and I will have at least two more challenges during which to make full use of our secret cross-tribe alliance. (oops)

Jed,
Stop bothering yourself with silly unimportant questions, and get that immunity challenge posted before noontime in Japan. ;)

actually, they are on the other side of the international date line, so they already had noon.
Um, before a random aluetian island noon?

Yeah, good point Kurtis. I think most of the Aluetians are covered by now, but Jed is RISK'ing noon hitting Kamchatka very shortly--that should be the last stop before the dateline I think, but I could be wrong. ;)

Ya know, while we're on the subject of time zones and all . . . (which is so consistent with Justin's original question) ;) You know, Jed, you could fix the strange time warp that you've created for us all here at NB if you really wanted to. Since we're in Daylight Savings Time for the summer, we are no longer 8 hours behind Greenwich Meantime here on the West Coast, but are now for the time being only 7 hours behind it. So, even though the ezboard options list place names for timezones, they reference only "standard" timezones, when we are currently (in real life anyway) in the Pacific "Daylight" Timezone. So, if you changed it to -7, things would miraculously be quite timely until it should go back to -8 in October.
Hmmmm. Just trying to help and all, as always. ;)
