View Full Version : Get rid of the lefties

Is there any way we can ban leftists and liberals from Net Benefits? They really drag the conversation down. They are always pick-pick-picking and attacking the virtues that make this country great. Most of them are either atheists or weak-sauce on religion. In short, they are helping the terrorists. And it's pretty clear what that means: That if they are allowed to say whatever they want on Net Benefits, then Net Benefits itself becomes pro-terrorist and undermines the War on Terror. And even if our weak-willed government can't force Net Benefits to be answerable by law for giving these traitors a voice, the administrators of Net Benefits will be answerable to their Creator on Judgment Day.

So can we just ban them? Please?

Sincerely,
Hannity R. Coulter-Savage

Well, I would imagine that I would have to ban myself from writing but being a liberal and therefore inherently lacking any will-power, thought processes, or the interests of anyone save myself as I try to destroy marriage and religion, advance terrorism, coddle criminals, and have Osama over for brunch for his weekly therapy session, I doubt that I would have the ability to do so (beside, if I actually acted on something I would have to admit that I am no longer a victim-- which would, of course, cause me to internally combust, a rather similar response as would befall Tom DeLay saying the phrase "Ms. President.")

wait, wait, wait:

When did Hannity identify as a "Mr."? His/her/their/its lofty conservatism is clearly above such frivolity and other such leftist nonsense.

a rather similar response as would befall Tom DeLay saying the phrase "Ms. President."

President: "Tom, I'm feeling a little bored just staying around the house and plotting increasingly devious ways to smash al Qaeda and splinter the Democratic electoral coalition. I need a trip. Can you come up with a list of close Congressional races for me? Oh, and if the race in Hawaii wasn't close before, make sure it is by the time I get there."

DeLay: "Right away, Ms. President. Say, any word on a Mr. Rice yet?"

President: "You'll be the first to know, Tom."

I've heard a rumor that the Republicans think Rice is the only one with a chance to beat Hillary. Not sure I put much stock in it, but I wouldn't mind hearing some thoughts.

Rice or Giuliani.....but in the end, it frankly matters where the voters are trending. If the country does not start trending at least somewhat more liberal, a more main-stream conservative could beat out Hillary by painting her as too far left.

See, I just don't think Guilianni can make it through the Republican primaries. He's too liberal.

Parli Newbie, if that is your real name, clinging to Christianity is the worst possible way for us to win the war on terror. Jesus was a lefty loony, sir. Turn the other cheek indeed. He should have been rounded up and...oh, that's right, he was. Well, the Romans knew what to do with terrorists, didn't they?

I'd bet heavily, heavily against Guilianni getting the nod. It will go to McCain first and I'd soon expect Satan to get hit in the face with a snowball than see him get it, either (from the Party's POV, McCain has 99% of what recommends Guilianni with a much softer edge on the downsides -- McCain, while a social conservative, has burned far too many bridges getting that maverick label the media loves so much to ever get the Pary behind him).

I also think that Rice for President is one of those "Gee whiz, wouldn't it be nice" scenarios which just has no chance of happening, like that Kerry-McCain ticket Kerry seemed to think he had a possibility of creating. I could see her as a top contender for the VP slot though with the ticket anchored by someone with solid conservative credentials. If the governor of Florida were named anything other than Bush I'd have him as the odds-on favorite, but I think feeling in the party is that the public is a little bushed at the moment and the Bush/Hillary dynamic would be negative (Democrats: "Hey, lets try something new").

As for handicapping the other team, Mickey Kaus and I might be the two people alive who think that it won't be Clinton because she'd make a poor candidate. But take that with a grain of salt -- I also said Joe Lieberman had a prayer before the 2004 primary season, and we all know how that turned out.

Giuliani is too moderate for the primaries. A divorcee who cheated on his wife, is pro-choice, and pro-gay rights (however one defines that particular phrase, he has said it describes him) just doesn't seem like the sort of candidate James Dobson and Tony Perkins can get behind. If Giuliani runs and either polls really well before Iowa or wins Iowa and NH, I would expect an independent social conservative to run as an independent. No chance of winning, but he could torpedo Giuliani too.

Rice's problem would be that no one runs for president on the basis of foreign policy, and she doesn't have a record yet on domestic policy. Patrick's comment about "solid conservative credentials" is exactly what she's lacking. I agree that she'd make an interesting VP candidate though.

I completely agree with you all about Guiliani way too moderate (I won't vote for him), however, he would be a good shot against Hillary IF he got the nod.

As for you Mr. Coulter-Savage...please do not invoke the name of Jesus publicly for that is a violation of the Seperation of Church and State. Also, please stop using the internet to post such garbage as it is just another part of corporate America trying to take us over and contributing to Republican campaigns. Finally, I do not appreciate you labeling people, such as "loony," that is a hate crime and is punishable by law.

I am shocked at the number of conservatives on this site. If you really believe in Bush, you should join his army and fight his wars, not write on a web site. The fact that you are here and not in Iraq right now shows you are all just warmongering hypocrites.

Franken, go back to your hole. Your spider-hole. You're a disgrace. If I were president, you'd be pissed on at Gitmo and your kidneys would be crushed like walnuts by one of our super-patriotic intelligence interrogators.
