Heh, I can totally understand your new title Stanford. Going to Wash U, we get called the "Harvard of the Midwest" a lot.

the president of Pacific decided this last year we couldn't call ourselves university of the pacific but rather had to call ourselves pacific because harvard, yale and stanford are single word referrals

Yeah. Ark State is now going to be known as the DeVry of Northeast Arkansas.
Wh ydo schools try so hard to be compared to other schools. Don't be "The Harvard" of whatever- be better than Harvard. Jeez, such poor self-esteem.
