Dear Forensics Colleagues:

On behalf of the University of Louisiana at Monroe,
the Department of Speech Communication and Theatre,
and the ULM Speech and Debate Forum, I invite you to
compete in the 2002 Spring Bicker Debate Tournament
February 22-24, 2001.

Contrary to our tournament's name, we will offer
both debate and individual events. We will offer parliamentary debate
and IPDA and all AFA-NIET sanctioned events.

All entries must be received by Tuesday, February
19, 2002, at 4 PM. They may be emailed to
spowens@ulm.edu or faxed to 318-342-1369. Late fees
will be charged for any changes after Wednesday.

We prefer your judges to your money. If you do not
think you will be able to cover your entry, please
let me know as soon as you can.

Call us if you need any further information. My home
number is 318-248-4188, my cell number is
318-680-3627, and the main office number (if you
need to reach me once the tournament has begun) is 318-342-1390. We
look forward to seeing you in February.

Sincerely,

Kathy Owens

Director of Forensics
