Server migration

Assuming the dry run (which will not affect net-benefits) goes well on Wednesday, I am going to be moving net-benefits to a different server on Thursday. This means the site will be down for about 30 minutes to an hour (hopefully no longer).

When would the most convenient time for this be? Please vote in the poll!
