Forum change

Due to a few notes that people are not frequent posters/commenters in this forum, I've merged the forums so that "Site Ideas and Feedback" is more prominent. Please let me know what you think, and if there's intense dislike for it, I'll be happy to change it back.

Meanwhile, people are urged again that if they DO have an issue pertaining to net-benefits and its operation, to post it here. A forum will never be popular unless people use it.

I applaud this change. It overcomes the problem of discussions related to the site and its policies being exiled to the outer reaches of Siberia when they get relocated to this area.
