Given that two of the other amendments were addressed by the NCA convention, another (the divisional sweepstakes issue) has been dealt with in this forum fairly recently, and that it's time for dinner, that's all I'm posting at the moment; others will have to start (or resuscitate) a thread on the issues of clash in debate, PoOs and PoPPs, or divisional sweepstakes.

The "clash in debate" and POO/PoPP amendments were actually the ones with which I had the most serious concerns in how they were labelled and justified. I hope we can see discussions of those issues as I believe it is likely these will be re-presented in the future and, if so, I would hope the author would take into account some of the concerns people might have.
